Discussion:

The Epigraphic Database Bari dates the inscription to AD 390-450.
The titular church of Nicomedes is unknown from other sources.

The marble slab, 83 × 135 cm, with the letters 4.5-5 cm in height, comes from the cemetery of Cyriaca near the basilica of St Laurence on the Via Tiburtina in Rome, and is still there.
