The inscription is on a marble plate in the form of tabula ansata, its dimensions: 10cm x 115cm x 2,5cm. Letters height: 6,5cm. It is broken into two parts and the middle section of the inscription is missing. It is tentatively reconstructed by the editor as the inscription of a presbyter.
 
The inscription was found in the titulus Pudentis (Santa Pudenziana).
