cuius nepus Leontius nuper positus IIII n̅on̅(as) d̅e̅c̅(em)b̅(res)
Stilicone c̅o̅n̅s̅(ule) II qui vixit an̅n̅(is) VIII m(ensibus) IIII

(ed. F. Piazzolla, Epigraphic Database Bari EDB28956)
Here the Presbyter Leontius was firstly deposited.
His grandson Leontius was recently deposited [here] on the 4th day before the Nones of December
when Stilicho was the consul for the second time [1 December 405]; he lived eight years and four months.

Discussion:

The inscription is in the basilica of St Martin in Monti in Rome. The second Leontius is described as "nepus", which most probably means "grandson", although it can be also translated as "nephew"; since the young Leontius died in 405, the Presbyter Leontius must have died probably in the second half of the 4th c.
