Canon 14
On the abuse of bishops concerning the property of the Church.
If a bishop having not be compelled by any necessity of ecclesiastical interest, without knowledge of his clergy, or if he hasn't got a presbyter responsible for the ecclesiastical property, dares to sell something, he shall be coerced to restore these things to the Church they belonged to, and he shall be interrogated in the tribunal of bishops and as a guilty of theft and robbery he shall be deprived of his office.
